Mike Mullin is a highly skilled audio engineer and professional musician with extensive experience in the areas of project management and client service. Results oriented, motivated, self-starter with experience working on projects in Canada and overseas.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Chief audio engineer for Armed Forces Tattoo at BMO Field CNE Toronto. 200+ musicians and singers with 48 wireless microphones and 10 wireless IEM mixes. Audiences averaged 10,000 per day (August 2010)
Chief audio engineer for Vimy Ridge Remembered 90th anniversary commemorative ceremonies in Vimy, France. Sound for the Queen, Prime Minister of France, Prime Minister of Canada, 110 piece Orchestra and 40 piece choir. Audience in attendance estimated at 60,000. Audio picked up by CBC and 120+ other news media and broadcast live all around the world (April 2007).
Recorded albums with Dutch Mason, The Novelty Salesman, Urban Renewal, Frank MacKay, The Funk’en Flames, Salsa Picante, Los Gringos, Kim Kaskiw, Josette Noreau, and many others.
Played on a gold album with band One To One (Les Howe/1987).
Numerous live shows with the NAC Orchestra, Aretha Franklin, Natalie Cole, Johnny Mathis, Rosemary Clooney, Englebert Humperdink, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Frank Sinatra Jr., Michelle Wright, Valdy, The Temptations, Jamie Cullum, and many others.
Toured with various orchestras and bands throughout Canada and overseas including the RCMP Band and the Canadian Air Force Central Band.
